Brendan Brisson and Nolan Moyle, Gambler alumni and current skaters for the Michigan, have propelled the Wolverines to the frozen four with their stellar performances so far in the 2022 NCAA Men’s Hockey Tournament. The pair have combined for eight points in the first and second round games, including four goals and four assists.
Brisson continues to add to an impressive year at Ann Arbor. The 2020 Golden Knights draftee has five points on two goals and three assists, cementing his status as a top offensive option for the Wolverines.
Moyle has provided Michigan with goal-scoring to this point, including a two-goal performance against Quinnipiac in the second round. The assistant captain also tallied one assist in the first-round matchup against American International, showing off his playmaking in the process.
While Brisson and Moyle have made noise for Michigan, the Gamblers have representation from every team remaining in the tournament as well. The following players represent the other Gamblers on the Frozen Four’s remaining teams:
Denver -Matthew Davis, McKade Webster, David Carle (Coach)
