The Green Bay Gamblers announced that forward Mack Diggins has signed a standard player agreement with the team for the 2026-27 United States Hockey League (USHL) season.
The 18-year-old native of Eau Claire, Wis., was added as a free agent to the Gamblers roster in July. The 6-foot-1, 180-pound right-shot had an outstanding rookie season for the Fairbanks Ice Dogs in the North American Hockey League (NAHL) in 2025-26, scoring 16 goals and 47 points as one of the NAHL’s youngest players. Diggins was selected to play in the NAHL’s 2026 Top Prospects Tournament in Plymouth, Mich. February 16-17.
Prior to junior hockey, Diggins was a star player at Eau Claire Memorial High School, scoring 62 goals and 130 points in 72 career games over three seasons. He was also a standout member of the Team Wisconsin AAA program, tallying more than 100 career points at the 14U, 15-only and 16U levels.
He recently committed to the University of Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs in the NCHC.
“We are thrilled to welcome Mack to Green Bay,” Gamblers Head Coach and General Manager Patrick McCadden said. “He is a versatile, skilled forward who plays with a lot of intelligence and effort. With his scoring touch and jam, he is a natural fit for the style of hockey we play.”
