4th Annual “We Gotcha’ Girl”

The Green Bay Gamblers and Fox Communities Credit Union are proud to present the 4th Annual “We Gotcha’ Girl” hockey game, Saturday, October 21, 2023. We are asking fans attending to bring a feminine hygiene product to donate.  All collected items donated to Jake’s Network of Hope, which distributes hygiene products and essential daily living items to people of all ages.

Monetary donations also accepted at the collection table, located in the Resch Center lobby night of the game. Promotion began in 2021, with the goal of collecting feminine hygiene products for those in need.

“Every day in the United States, girls at an alarming rate are missing school because they cannot afford feminine hygiene products”, says Fox Communities Credit Union Community Development Officer Lynn Marie Hopfensperger. “Many of us cannot imagine our sisters and daughters not having access to these products. For many their income only goes so far, and after paying the rent and feeding their family, there is simply nothing left.  This needs to change.”

Start time at the Resch Center, 6:00 PM. Come early for the Trick or Treat Trail beginning at 4:00 PM. Promotions, $2 Pelkin’s hot dogs, $2 Pepsi products fountain soda and Skate With the Gamblers after the game. Join us on Saturday, October 21 and Together We Can Make a Difference!
