The Green Bay Gamblers of the United States Hockey League (USHL) are pleased to announce that second year forward Trenton Bliss has been named an assistant captain for the remainder of the season.
Bliss leads the Gamblers in scoring with 32 points (13 goals, 19 assists) in 34 games this season. The Appleton, WI native is a product of the Jr. Gamblers program playing high school hockey for Appleton United. In four seasons of high school hockey, Bliss tallied 183 points (96 goals, 87 assists) in 111 games. In 2016, he helped guide Appleton United to the team’s first state tournament championship. Bliss replaces Forward Matt Jennings, who suffered a season-ending knee injury, as an assistant captain.
