The Green Bay Gamblers will unveil their 2017 Military inspired helmets and jerseys, Tuesday, October 10, 11:00 AM at the Culver’s location at 1219 West Mason Street in Green Bay. The 6th Annual Military Night is set for Saturday, October 28.
On October 28th the players will wear the military inspired helmets and jerseys. All active duty and veterans receive a complimentary ticket to the game. Helmets and jerseys are auctioned off immediately following the game with all proceeds benefiting the DAV.
Last season the team raised a record $28,000 for the local chapter of Disabled American Veterans. Since 2013, Military Night has raised $83,000 all of which has stayed right here in Northeast Wisconsin to assist our veterans.
Our goal this year is to raise enough money for the local chapter of the DAV to purchase a transportation vehicle. In 2016 the DAV provided transportation for 39,197 veterans, logging over 885,000 miles.
