Thank you for your interest in the Green Bay Gamblers. Please complete this player questionnaire. The information you provide helps our scouting staff and coaches become aware of your interest to play on our team and in the USHL, a tier 1 junior league. Completion of this form does not imply any obligation, and your information will be used internally by our staff.

Since 1994, the Green Bay Gamblers have been one of the premiere hockey teams in North America, winning multiple national championships at the junior hockey level. The team plays in the Tier 1 United States Hockey League. The club has a rich history of producing future stars at the NHL and NCAA levels.

The Gamblers will be conducting their main tryout camp June 11-16, 2022 in Green Bay at the Resch Center. Free agent invitations to the main tryout camp will be sent at the conclusion of the 2022 USHL Draft: May 3, 2022. Players can also apply HERE.
