In Friday’s 5-4 win over Team USA, Jesse Tucker notched his 85th career assist to become the Gamblers all-time leader in assists. Tucker surpassed Kyle Novak, who tallied 84 assists in his two seasons with the Gamblers (2011-2013).
In three seasons with the Gamblers, the 2020-21 team captain has surpassed the 40 point mark each year. In 153 games, the Longlac, Ontario native has 40 goals, 86 assists and 215 penalty minutes. Tucker’s 126 points ranks 5th all-time in team history. The Michigan State commit was selected in the 8th round of the 2018 USHL Entry Draft.
The Gamblers begin a four-game homestand on Wednesday (4/14), as they welcome the Dubuque Fighting Saints to the Resch Center. Friday (4/16) first 1,000 fans receive free t-shirt compliments of the Menominee Casino Resort and Bud/Bud Light draughts just $2. Saturday is the 21st Annual Teddy Bear Toss Presented by WPS Health Insurance. Gamblers are only accepting new stuffed animals (tags attached) in plastic bags. Stuffed animals can be dropped off in the Resch Center lobby prior to the games on Friday and Saturday. The regular-season home finale is Monday, April 19. Resch Center/Gamblers Mask Mandate
Barring a medical condition, fans are required to wear a mask or face covering when entering and moving about the Resch Center. Fans are always encouraged to wear a mask while in the Resch Center unless actively drinking or eating.
