Gamblers Beat Madison with Gajan’s First Game in Net

 The Green Bay Gamblers beat the Madison Capitols in a tough matchup at the Resch Center, ending in a 4-2 win. This marks the fourth straight win against the Capitols this season.

The Capitols took the lead early in the first, but the Gamblers would tie it with a goal from Austin Oravetz. Green Bay would take the lead in the second about halfway through with a score from Bodie Nobes. In the final period of play, the Gamblers gave themselves a two-goal lead with a Mykailo Danylov score. The Gamblers would never look back from there, trading goals with Madison on the late empty netter from Jayden Davis. Green Bay beats Madison 4-2.

Goal-scorers for Green Bay included Austin Oravetz, Bodie Nobes, Mykhailo Danylov, and Jayden Davis. For playmaking, the Gamblers got one assist each from Hagen Moe, Artyom Levshunov, James Duerr, and Davis.

In net, Adam Gajan made his USHL debut. He played all 60 minutes, saving 22 of 24 shots, allowing two goals.

The three stars of the night were all Green Bay, including Danylov, Davis, and Gajan.
