The Green Bay Gamblers beat the Muskegon Lumberjacks 8-3 on Wrestling Night with special guest Ted Diabiase at the Resch Center.
Starting the game off strong, the Gamblers received goals from Ray Vitolins, Nick Vantassell, and Carter Rose. In the second period, Amine Hajibi logged his first USHL goal followed by one from Bodie Nobes. Heading to the third, Nobes found the back of the net two more times, with back-to-back goals as hats hit the ice in celebration of his hat trick. Followed by the final goal of the night from Hajibi once again, securing his second goal of the night & USHL career in the Gamblers 8-3 win Saturday night at the Resch Center.
Defensively, Kristoffer Eberly was in net the full 60 minutes, saving 35 of the 38 shots, allowing three goals.
The Gamblers are back at the Resch Center Saturday, April 22 for the final game of the regular season. It’s also Family Night & Police / Fire Department Night, and Skate With the Gamblers following the game.
