On Monday, the Green Bay Gamblers acquired USHL forward, Carter Batchelder, from the Waterloo Blackhawks. In exchange, the Gamblers send forward Cameron VanSickle to the Blackhawks.
Batchelder, a 5’10”, left-shot, ’03 birth-year, spent the past two seasons in Waterloo. During his time with the Blackhawks, Batchelder tallied three goals and three assists in 21 games with the team. The Eden Prairie, Minnesota native is committed to Colorado College and will wear #20 for the Gamblers.
During his time in Green Bay, VanSickle tallied two goals and two assists in 16 games.
The Gamblers return to the Resch Center on Saturday, December 11, for Hockey & Hairball. Puck drop is at 6:05 pm, with a postgame concert featuring Hairball to follow in the new Resch Expo.
