The Green Bay Gamblers have added forward Charlie Russell to the team’s roster. Russell comes to the Gamblers from Clarkson University. Russell will be in the line-up on December 29, when the Gamblers take the ice against Team USA at the Resch Center.
Russell played last season in the USHL with the Fargo Force. The Houghton, Michigan native, appeared in 60 games, recording 14 goals, 20 assists and 132 penalty minutes. Russell added three goals in 9 playoff games for the Force. The 20-year-old began the year at the NCAA Division 1 level with Clarkson. Russell appeared in seven games with the Golden Knights.
