On Saturday (1/29/22), a season-high crowd of 4,027 took part in the Green Bay Gamblers/Fox Communities Credit Union Teachers Appreciation Night. The game raised $12,000 and collected school supplies for area schools. Since 2013, the Gamblers have raised $100,000 for area schools.
As part of Teachers Appreciation Night, the Gamblers recognized 17 teachers on the ice during the 1st intermission. Each teacher received $500.00. Schools that took part include:

Teachers were selected based on what they were raising money for: STEM programs, educational initiatives, field trips, classroom and library improvements, upgrades to music and physical education equipment and a new playground. Schools also received funds based on the number of tickets sold to their students and faculty.
Gamblers Back at the Resch this Weekend
Gamblers return to the Resch Center ice on Friday, February 4 and Saturday, February 5. Friday is College Night. Show you college I.D. at the Resch Center box office and receive a bowl ticket for $10. Saturday is Heavy Metal Night presented by Fox Communities Credit Union. Bud and Bud Light draughts just two bucks, specialty jerseys and Heavy Metal music all game long.
